# Completing risk assessments for existing workspaces

Workspaces created before risk assessments were introduced won't have answers yet. You can add them at any time, and doing so won't hold up the sale.

### Step 1: Open the risk assessment

Open the workspace. In the **Parties** panel, select the three dots (**⋯**), then select **View risk assessment**.

### Step 2: Select Update

Questions without an answer show a dash. Select **Update** next to the **Vendor(s)** section. If the workspace has an offer, you'll also see a **Buyer(s)** section you can complete the same way.

### Step 3: Answer the questions and save

Select **Yes** or **No** for each question, then select **Save**.

### What happens next

The panel shows your answers with your name and the date and time. If the workspace has an offer, repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the **Buyer(s)** section.

Any new offer you create on an existing workspace includes the buyer questions in the **Create offer** form.

If you answered **Yes** to any question, our compliance team is notified and may contact you to understand a little more.
