# Editing conveyancer details

If a conveyancer's name or phone number is incorrect, you can fix this from the workspace. You can also remove or replace a conveyancer.

**Important:** To update a conveyancer's email address, edit the workspace (vendor's conveyancer) or edit the offer (buyer's conveyancer).

### Step 1: Select the conveyancer

Open the relevant workspace. In the **Parties** section on the right hand side, select the conveyancer's name. The vendor's conveyancer is listed under **Vendor** and the buyer's conveyancer under **Buyer**.

### Step 2: Select Edit details

The conveyancer details section opens. Select **Edit details** to open the edit form.

### Step 3: Update and save the details

Correct the business name, contact name or phone number, then select **Save changes**.

### Step 4: Remove or replace a conveyancer

To remove the conveyancer, select **Remove conveyancer**.

To replace the conveyancer or update their email address, edit the workspace or offer:

- **Vendor's conveyancer:** edit the workspace.
- **Buyer's conveyancer:** edit the offer.
